My daughter has been bugging me to make pancake for past weeks. I search from the internet and came out alot of different types of recipes. But  this recipe from reese kitchen caught my eye because no butter was used and it looks healthy. I'm an avid fan of Reese Kitchen, so far her recipes works on me.... it never fails to bring smiles to my children ! We had this for consecutive 2 days and they want it to be their everday breakfast !
