Japan - Tokyo

I managed to get lots of baking stuff during my recent trip to Japan. They have huge selections for an item. I simply could not resist this temptation! My whole luggage was full my "toys" that's what my children says. They are full of envy. Hahaha... Imagine for timer and weighing scale it has more then 10 different brands and colours. How to resist not buying? And the price is cheaper then here too!
If you ever go Tokyo you must visit Kappabashi Department. You can spend almost 1 whole day there. Too bad I'm the only who appreciate these so I only covered half of the area. Take the subway on Ginza Line in Tawaramachi (its only 1 stop away from my hotel) Station and exit at number 3. Turn left and right and walk for 8mins and you will see a giant statue of a chef on top of the building(see pics). From there thats the start of Kappabashi Department. Visit during weekdays as only 30% of the shops are open on Sunday.

Ps. For your info, this is only half of the stuff I bought.  hehehe...

My friend recommended me this particular shops that sells very nice and reasonable Unagi at Shimbashi. She only told me its at Shimbashi Station, luckily I printed out the address as the whole area at Shimbashi are full of food streets. We managed to find after 20mins of search ! After coming out of the station look out for Astil Building (opposite KFC). On the right look out for Tsukiji Sushiko. Walk along the small street and thats the shop. Btw, its worth the effort, we didnt regret as its really really nice.
