Multigrain Bread

Learnt this from a school I attended last year, remembered it was very nice. Nicer then the one sold in the supermarkets. I added sunflower and pumpkin seeds in.




Its soft and airy.

Crispy Salt Prawn



Ingredients A :
  • 300g medium sized sea prawns, cleaned slit back and removed vein
  • 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 cups oil for deep-frying
Ingredients B :
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped chilli
Seasoning:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
Method :
  1. Coat prawns with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil for 1.5 minutes until crispy. Dish and drain.
  2. Leave 1 tsp oil in wok, stir fry B until fragrant. Add fried prawns seasoning and stir fry quickly until well mixed. Dish up and serve.

Almond Tart

I finally able to achieve the crispiness on the tart. I'm now looking forward to make different types of fillings.
